With a total of 30000m² area, including 20000m² of social space and 10000m² of shops, our project built on the 41,080 m² plot located in 4805/1, 4806/1, 4807/1 island parcel consists of 7 blocks, each block having 15 floors.

Blocks A and B offer a mix of 237 units of 1+1 and 75 units of 2+1 apartments, summing up to 312 apartments per block.

The project construction began on 10.10.2022. The completion dates are as follows: Paris (A block) and Tokyo (B block): 10.10.2024 and the rest of the blocks: 10.10.2025.

For the Center project, our payment plan is prepared until 30.06.2024, allowing a minimum of 50% down payment. The remaining amount can be paid in equal installments every three months.
